Maxflex Appoints Hkable 3D (Tianshicall) as Exclusive Distributor for Southwest China

Shanghai Maxflex Medical Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Maxflex") recently signed an Exclusive Distribution Authorization Agreement with Hkable 3D (Tianshicall). Under the agreement, Maxflex has authorized the above-named company to serve as the exclusive distributor for Southwest China, responsible for the sales and service of Maxflex's full product range within the region.

The authorized territory covers Yunnan Province, Guizhou Province, Sichuan Province, Hubei Province and Chongqing Municipality for exclusive distribution rights across this defined Southwest China territory. Authorized products include Maxflex's complete product portfolio — dental sheets, processing equipment, and supporting consumables. The authorization is for a three-year term, effective from July 22, 2026.

Established in 2021 in Shanghai's Jiading District, Shanghai Maxflex Medical Technology Co., Ltd. specializes in clear aligner raw materials, accessories, and equipment. The company operates a manufacturing base of over 10,000 square meters, holds GMP and ISO 13485 quality management system certifications, as well as a Class II Medical Device Registration Certificate and CE Certificate. Hkable 3D (Tianshicall) is headquartered in Rongchang District, Chongqing Municipality and is a subsidiary of Hkable 3D Biologic Printing Technology (Chongqing) Co., Ltd. The authorized partner has built extensive experience across the full clear-aligner industrial value-chain over many years, possessing integrated production capabilities spanning from dental sheets to finished aligners. It is China's first company to obtain dual FDA 510(k) certifications (for dental sheets and clear aligners). Its operations also include an AI-powered digital case design center and factory-direct dental clinics, having served thousands of OEM manufacturers, distributors, and clinical institutions across the country. As an enterprise invested in by state-funded capital, the authorized partner is regarded as a benchmark in Southwest China's oral healthcare industry.

This authorization marks Maxflex's first-ever regional exclusive distribution arrangement in China. Maxflex will draw on its technological expertise and scaled production capacity in dental sheets to provide the authorized partner with reliable product supply and consistent quality assurance. In turn, the partner will leverage its channel resources, clinical application experience, and localized service capabilities across Southwest China to drive regional product promotion and customer service. Combining their respective strengths and working in close coordination, both parties will jointly deliver more efficient product delivery, faster technical support response, and a more complete clear aligner therapy solution to customers across Southwest China.
